Built atop an existing campus, the tower consolidates twelve outpatient clinics into a single, intuitive vertical sequence.

Each floor shares one elevator core and a consistent plan, so a returning patient always knows where to go. Glazed waiting rooms cantilever toward the city, trading the usual interior corridor for daylight and orientation.

A precast facade with deep reveals manages solar gain while giving the tower a quiet civic presence on the Sacramento skyline.
